  • 1 c. raw rice (not Minute rice)
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 frying chicken, cut up
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can water or chicken broth

Directions

    Spread rice and onion soup mix in bottom of large casserole dish.

    Place chicken on top of that.

    Mix soups and water together and pour over rice and chicken.

    Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
