- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup cut up chicken or 1 cup chicken piece
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Sprinkle rice into the bottom of a casserole dish.

2Combine mushroom soup with water and pour over rice.

3Place chicken pieces on top of mixture and sprinkle onion soup mix over all.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Cover and cook for 2 hours at 350.
