- 2 egg whites
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels (semi-sweet)
Directions

1Beat egg whites stiff.

2Add sugar gradually and continue to beat.

3Add vanilla.

4Fold in nuts and chocolate morsels.

5Preheat oven to 350°.

6Drop cookies by teaspoonfuls on brown paper on the cookie sheet.

7Cut oven off when cookies are put in.

8Let stay overnight or at least 5 hours; do not open door during this time. If you omit chocolate morsels and use crushed, sliced almonds, the cookie will be good for those on low-fat diets.
