  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and continue beating.

    Add nuts and chocolate chips. Stir well. Drop by teaspoon on a foil-lined pan and place in hot oven. Turn oven off. Forget them for 4 hours. Remove from oven. Cookies are ready to eat.
