  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • dash of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Directions

    In a bowl mix flour, sugar, cornstarch and salt.

    Add cooking oil and add white; stir until smooth.

    Add water and mix well. Make one cookie at a time.

    Pour 1 tablespoon of the batter on a greased skillet.

    Spread into a circle.

    Cook 4 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other at low temperature.

    Working quickly, put a message in the cookie.

    Fold in half and in half again.
