Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. medium diced, cooked turkey white meat
- 2 1/2 c. medium diced, cooked turkey dark meat
- 1 c. finely diced, boiled potatoes
- 4 Tbsp. finely diced onions (optional)
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. clarified butter
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Mix ingredients in bowl.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Heat 1/4 cup butter until it begins to brown (7-inch frypan).

4Stir in paprika.

5Quickly add turkey mixture and pack firmly on bottom and sides of pan.

6Cover and reduce heat to medium.

7Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until edges brown, adding more butter, if necessary. Turn out onto a heated plate.

8Garnish with chopped parsley.
