Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 6 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 beaten eggs
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve 2 packages yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water sweetened with 1 teaspoon sugar.

2Let stand 10 minutes, then stir well. Scald milk.

3Add oleo, 1/2 cup sugar and salt.

4Cool to lukewarm. Add 2 cups flour to make a batter.

5Add yeast mixture and 3 beaten eggs.

6Beat well.

7Add 5 cups flour, more or less, to make a soft dough.

8Knead lightly and place in greased bowl.

9Cover and set in warm place.

10Let rise 2 hours or until double in bulk.

11Punch down and use however you wish.

12Good for rolls and kuchen.
