  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can yellow wax beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 small purple onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 small white onion, sliced in rings
  • 1/4 green pepper, slivered in narrow strips
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2/3 c. herb vinegar
  • 1/4 c. small diced sharp cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse pepper

    Drain beans and mix together.
