- 1 c. milk
- 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 2 oz. Provolone cheese, grated
- 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
Directions

1In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes, until tender.

2Drain and return to pot.

3Add milk, cheeses and white pepper.

4Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until the cheeses are melted.
