  • 1 (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 3 oz. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz. shredded Provolone cheese
  • 3 oz. shredded Fontina cheese
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 3 large plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • red pepper flakes

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with Pam. Unroll pizza dough; press into prepared pan.

    Cover with Provolone, Mozzarella and Fontina cheeses.

    Cover cheeses with tomatoes.

    Sprinkle seasonings over tomatoes.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
