- 1 (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
- 3 oz. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
- 3 oz. shredded Provolone cheese
- 3 oz. shredded Fontina cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 3 large plum tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- red pepper flakes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with Pam. Unroll pizza dough; press into prepared pan.

3Cover with Provolone, Mozzarella and Fontina cheeses.

4Cover cheeses with tomatoes.

5Sprinkle seasonings over tomatoes.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

7Bake until cheeses are bubbly and golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
