Four Layer Chocolate Delight

  • 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Chopped Nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 lb. Margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 c. Powdered Sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Instant Chocolate Pudding
  • 2 3/4 c. Milk

Directions

    Mix together flour, sugar, 1/2 c. nuts and margarine.

    Spray the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 in. baking dish with cooking spray and spread crust in bottom.

    Bake for 15 min at 375 degrees. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and powdered sugar together to form second layer.

    Spread over cooled bottom layer.

    Follow directions on pudding box using 2 3/4 cups milk instead of 4 cups as called for.

    Spread over second layer.

    Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining nuts for fourth layer. Refrigerate.
