- 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 c. Chopped Nuts (optional)
- 1/4 lb. Margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 c. Powdered Sugar
- 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 2 3/4 c. Milk
Directions

1Mix together flour, sugar, 1/2 c. nuts and margarine.

2Spray the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 in. baking dish with cooking spray and spread crust in bottom.

3Bake for 15 min at 375 degrees. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and powdered sugar together to form second layer.

4Spread over cooled bottom layer.

5Follow directions on pudding box using 2 3/4 cups milk instead of 4 cups as called for.

6Spread over second layer.

7Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining nuts for fourth layer. Refrigerate.
