  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix the flour and pecans together.

    Melt margarine and pour into flour and pecans.

    Stir until well blended.

    Press in the bottom of a large Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 350° until brown. Cool.
