  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small carton Cool Whip (9 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • cut pecans
  • chocolate curls

    Melt butter; add flour and 1 cup chopped pecans.

    Work together well.

    Spread over bottom of large Pyrex dish, 13 x 9-inches.

    Bake at 325° until very lightly brown.
