- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 large or 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix flour, nuts and oleo; pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

3Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of the Cool Whip.

4Spread evenly over completely cooled crust. Mix instant vanilla pudding and milk according to directions on package; spread evenly over second layer.

5Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.
