  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large box instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Cool Whip for topping

Directions

    Mix butter, flour and chopped nuts together and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
