Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. chocolate pudding (instant)
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, oleo and pecans and pat in pan.

    Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

    Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust and chill 1 hour.

    Mix pudding and milk and spread on cream cheese layer.
  5. 5
    Spread other 1/2 package Cool Whip over pudding.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans.
