- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. chocolate pudding (instant)
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix flour, oleo and pecans and pat in pan.

2Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

3Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust and chill 1 hour.

4Mix pudding and milk and spread on cream cheese layer.

5Spread other 1/2 package Cool Whip over pudding.

6Sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans.
