- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 2 large cans plum tomatoes
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 medium onion
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 to 12 crabs (fresh and cleaned)
Directions

1Place olive oil, parsley, onion, and garlic in Dutch oven, saute until onion becomes tender.

2Pour in plum tomatoes, add oregano, salt and pepper.

3Cover and let simmer for one hour, stirring frequently.

4Add crabs and let cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Serve over spaghetti.
