  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk

    Mix flour, margarine and chopped nuts. Spread evenly and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden brown; let cool.
