  • 14 cup peanuts
  • 1 ounce cashews
  • 1 ounce almonds
  • 1 ounce pecans
  • 1 ounce sesame seeds
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 18 cup sesame oil
  • 18 cup flour
  • 1 ounce dark beer
  • 1 ounce soy sauce
  • 1 ounce oyster sauce
  • 2 ounces white wine

    Make egg wash by combining egg and milk.

    wet fish in egg wash

    Make crust mix by combining 50% peanuts and equal parts of almonds, cashews, pecans and sesame seeds.

    roll fish in nut crust mix

    Make sauce by combining dark beer, soy sauce, oyster sauce and white wine.

    fry fish in med hot oil until crisp

    drizzle lightly with sauce.
