- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. dry flavored gelatin powder
- 4 c. sliced fresh fruit
- 9-inch baked pie shell
Directions

1Combine sugar, cornstarch and water.

2Boil 1 minute or until clear.

3Stir gelatin into syrup and cool.

4Place fruit in baked pie shell.

5Pour cooled syrup over the fruit and chill 2 hours before serving.
