- 2 cups Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 3 Eggs
Directions

1Whisk dry ingredients (except sugar) together

2Whisk wet ingredients together in a separate bowl along with sugar

3Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and gently stir wet and dry ingredients together until just combined. Do not overmix!

4Let batter stand about 5 minutes to allow the baking powder and soda to react and start forming bubbles.

5Oil hot griddle and pour about 1/4 c batter per pancake. When edges begin to set and the bubbles on top of the pancake begin to break (about 3 mins), flip them until bottom is browned (about 2 mins more).
