Fragrant Lamb Chops

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried mint
  • 8 lamb chops frenched
  • lemon wedges to serve

Directions

    Whisk together olive oil, mustard and dried herbs. Season lamb chops then coat in marinade. Cover and chill for 20 mins.

    Preheat grill pan over high heat. Cook lamb chops for 2-3 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking. Let rest, covered, for 5 mins before serving.
