- 1 lb. thin spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 green onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.

2In the same pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add green onions and cook 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Stir in drained spaghetti, cilantro, soy sauce and pepper.
