- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Wash and dry scallops and shake them in flour.
