  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

    Blend cheese and butter.

    Add flour and salt; knead and blend. Roll into small balls or logs.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Place on baking sheet; use back of fork dipped in flour to imprint them.

    Bake at 350° until browned.
