  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 frozen pie crust (not deep dish)

Directions

    Mix together dry ingredients.

    Add all other ingredients, adding pecans last.

    Pour mixture into pie crust.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then turn oven temperature down to 350° and bake for 30 to 40 minutes more or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
