Name: Frances' Pecan Pie
Ingredients: 1 c. chopped pecans; 3 eggs, well beaten; 1 c. white Karo syrup; 1/2 c. sugar; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 Tbsp. flour; 1/4 c. melted butter; 1 frozen pie crust (not deep dish)

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1 frozen pie crust (not deep dish)

Directions

Mix together dry ingredients.

Add all other ingredients, adding pecans last.

Pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then turn oven temperature down to 350° and bake for 30 to 40 minutes more or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
