Frango Mint Cake

  • 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 20 Frango mints, melted (about 1/2 lb.)

Directions

    Blend all ingredients, except Frango mints, in a large mixing bowl.

    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

    Blend in melted Frango mints.

    Mix until well blended.

    Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.

    Cool in pan. After a few minutes, remove from pan.

    When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
