- 1/2 lb. frankfurters (4 or 5), cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, slightly thawed
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Combine frankfurters with remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole, breaking up frozen vegetables with fork.

2Bake, covered, at 375° for 1 hour or until heated through.

3Stir once or twice during baking time.
