  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 6 frankfurters, cut in slices
  • 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 c. cooked or canned beans, drained

Directions

    Cook potatoes until just tender; drain.

    Meanwhile, put milk, mayonnaise, flour, salt, mustard, pepper and onion in blender and blend in baking dish.

    Pour on sauce.

    Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
