  • 2 1/2 lb. carrots
  • 1 small purple onion
  • 1 c. white wine vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Lawry's salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
