- 8 pork sausages pricked with a fork
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 13 1/2 ounces baked beans
- 13 1/2 ounces chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, to serve
- toast to serve
Directions

1Heat a large nonstick frying pan over high heat. Cook sausages, turning, for 10-12 mins, until well browned and cooked through. Let cool slightly then slice.

2Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat. Saute onion for 1-2 mins, until tender. Add baked beans and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 mins. Add maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce and chili sauce. Reduce heat to low and add sausages. Simmer for 5 mins. Season to taste.

3Garnish with parsley and serve with toast on the side.
