  • 1 lb. franks
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salad mustard
  • 3 to 4 c. drained kraut

Directions

    Brown onions in little fat. Add catsup, water, brown sugar and mustard. Simmer 5 minutes. Put sauerkraut in a 2-quart baking dish. Slice franks into inch pieces and arrange them on top of the kraut. Pour sauce over all. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
