- 1 lb. franks
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salad mustard
- 3 to 4 c. drained kraut
Directions

1Brown onions in little fat. Add catsup, water, brown sugar and mustard. Simmer 5 minutes. Put sauerkraut in a 2-quart baking dish. Slice franks into inch pieces and arrange them on top of the kraut. Pour sauce over all. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
