Ingredients

  • 35 to 40 ears corn
  • 1 lb. oleo (I use 1/2 lb.)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. whipping cream
  • 1/3 c. whole milk

Directions

    Cut corn off cobs in large pan.

    Mix in remaining ingredients and place in oven at 325°.

    Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from oven and place in sink that has been filled with ice water.

    Package and freeze when corn has cooled.
