- 35 to 40 ears corn
- 1 lb. oleo (I use 1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. whipping cream
- 1/3 c. whole milk
Directions

1Cut corn off cobs in large pan.

2Mix in remaining ingredients and place in oven at 325°.

3Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from oven and place in sink that has been filled with ice water.

4Package and freeze when corn has cooled.
