  • 16 to 18 c. corn, about 35 ears
  • 1 carton half and half
  • 1 lb. butter

Directions

    Remove corn from ears.

    Mix all ingredients and put in pan. Bake 1 hour at 325°.

    Stir every 15 minutes. Cool completely.

    Bag and freeze.
  5. 5
    Add a little sugar and salt when heating to eat.
