Freezer Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 1/4 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Melt margarine; cool, then add milk to margarine, then add egg and milk mixture to flour.

    Mix together.

    Make 3 balls.

    Cool in icebox for 10 minutes.

    Roll on floured board until thin.

    Cut into strips and small pieces.

    Place on cookie sheets that are covered with wax paper.

    Freeze.

    Next day, place in Ziploc freezer bags.
