- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 (32 oz.) jars Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 box lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and drain well.

2Add Ragu spaghetti sauce and simmer over medium heat.

3Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella, egg, parsley, salt and pepper.

4Layer in the following order in two 11 x 13-inch pans (good size so it doesn't cook over in oven): meat sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, then repeat layers.
