- 7 c. cucumbers, sliced thin, unpeeled
- 1 c. onion
- 1 green pepper (if desired)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Mix together the cucumbers, onion, pepper and salt in big mixing bowl.

2Set aside 2 hours, then drain.

3Mix together vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed in cooking pan; bring to boil. Set aside.

4Let cool.

5Pour over cucumbers.

6Put in refrigerator 2 or 3 days, then freeze in small amounts.
