- 4 c. unpeeled, sliced cucumbers (1/4 inch thick)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 medium onion, cut up (optional)
Directions

1Put sliced cucumbers in pan.

2Cover with water.

3Add 1 teaspoon salt; mix well.

4Let soak 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

5Drain well. Mix 1/2 cup white vinegar and 1 1/2 cups sugar.

6Stir real good. Pack cucumbers in plastic freezer cartons.

7Pour liquid mixture over.

8Put in freezer and freeze.

9Will last in freezer a long time.

10To eat, thaw.
