  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 3 medium apples, finely chopped (about 2 c.)
  • 1 3/4 c. hot water
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. French bread, cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
  • whipped cream

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In a large bowl, beat eggs.

    Add Eagle Brand milk, apples, water, margarine, cinnamon and vanilla.
