French Apple Bread Pudding

- 3 eggs
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 3 medium apples, finely chopped (about 2 c.)
- 1 3/4 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. French bread, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
- whipped cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, beat eggs.

3Add Eagle Brand milk, apples, water, margarine, cinnamon and vanilla.

4Stir in bread and raisins, completely moistening the bread.
