French Bread Dip

  • 10 ounces, weight Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 4 pieces Green Onion
  • 1 package Leek Soup Mix
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces, weight Can Of Water Chestnuts
  • 1 loaf French Or Sourdough Bread

    First, thaw the spinach.

    Then squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

    Mix leek soup, sour cream and mayo together.

    Finely chop chestnuts and green onions; add to the cream mixture.

    Add spinach to the mixture.

    Set in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

    Cut bread out of the center of a French bread.

    Cut into cubes and dip!
