French Bread Dip

- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 4 pieces Green Onion
- 1 package Leek Soup Mix
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 8 ounces, weight Can Of Water Chestnuts
- 1 loaf French Or Sourdough Bread
Directions

1First, thaw the spinach.

2Then squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

3Mix leek soup, sour cream and mayo together.

4Finely chop chestnuts and green onions; add to the cream mixture.

5Add spinach to the mixture.

6Set in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

7Cut bread out of the center of a French bread.

8Cut into cubes and dip!
