- 1 tsp. mint extract
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 3 to 5 drops food coloring of your choice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Line 2 cookie sheets with brown paper. Beat egg whites until frothy.

3Add cream of tartar.

4Gradually add sugar and continue to beat on high until stiff peaks are formed.

5Fold in mint extract, food coloring and chocolate chips.
