  • 1 unbaked pastry shell
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 level Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 can coconut

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar well.

    Add flour, then well beaten eggs, buttermilk and coconut.

    Pour into uncooked pastry shell. Cook at 350° until golden.
