  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 to 1 c. coconut
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

    Lightly toast coconut on baking sheet.

    Add sugar, oleo, buttermilk and vanilla.

    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
