- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 to 1 c. coconut
- 2 unbaked pie shells
Directions

1Lightly toast coconut on baking sheet.

2Beat eggs.

3Add sugar, oleo, buttermilk and vanilla.

4Add coconut.

5Pour into unbaked pie shells.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
