- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. coconut
- 1 prepared pie shell
Directions

1Melt butter; beat in sugar and vanilla.

2Beat in eggs and buttermilk.

3Stir in coconut.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake for 10 minutes at 400°.

6Reduce heat to 300° and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
