- 1 c. all-purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 c. Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp. Oil
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 c. Butter
Directions

1In a bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, oil and salt.

2Beat until blended.

3Heat a lightly greased skillet.

4Remove from heat; spoon in 2 tbsp. or 1/4 c. butter.

5Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter evenly.

6It should be very thin.

7Return to heat.

8Brown then flip.

9(This makes a lot of crepes, usually half the recipe for the chicken.)
