- 2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. red or white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place all ingredients in blender; mix.

2Blend 10 to 15 seconds; stop and blend again 10 to 15 seconds.

3Pour into jar with tight fitting lid.

4This does not need to be refrigerated. If you do plan to refrigerate it, use corn or cotton seed oil as most other oils will thicken when chilled.
