  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 c. catsup
  • juice of 3 lemons
  • 3 tsp. celery salt
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 medium onions, grated
  • 1 c. vinegar

Directions

    Pour lemon juice over grated onions.

    Then put them in a strainer.

    Cream sugar, paprika and celery salt with oil.

    Add catsup and vinegar and beat.

    Now add other juices and blend. Chill and bottle.

    Makes 1 quart.
