Ingredients

  • 1 scant c. sugar
  • 1 c. Puritan oil
  • 1/2 c. catsup or chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. salt (optional)
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 small onion, minced, or 2 tsp. dry minced onion
  • 1/4 c. vinegar or wine vinegar or cider vinegar

Directions

    Put all ingredients, except vinegar in blender.

    Start at medium and then go to high speed to blend very well.

    Then open hole in lid and add vinegar very slowly while continuing blending. Will be thick and creamy and doesn't separate.

    Put in jar or bottle and refrigerate.
