- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Mix egg, milk and oil.

2Add gradually to flour and salt, beating with rotary beater until smooth.

3Dip pieces of cauliflower into batter with slotted spoon.

4Drain momentarily, then fry in deep fat at 365° to 375° for 2 to 5 minutes.

5This is also good for okra.
