  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • vegetable oil

Directions

    Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and set aside.

    Combine egg, flour and milk, stirring until smooth.

    Dip chicken in egg mixture. Roll in cracker crumbs.
